WalvisBay Premium Cruise Excursion – Terms & Conditions

By confirming this booking, guests acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and are only considered confirmed once full payment or approved agent confirmation has been received.

2. Cruise Ship Arrival & Departure
Guests are responsible for providing accurate cruise ship details, including vessel name, docking date, and expected arrival time. Paparazzi Namib Trails & Safaris monitors vessel movements; however, itinerary adjustments may be required due to operational changes beyond our control.

3. Harbour Pick-Up Procedure
Guests will be met directly at the Walvis Bay Cruise Passenger Terminal by an official Paparazzi Namib Trails & Safaris representative displaying company branding and guest identification. Guests are kindly requested not to leave the harbour area unless instructed by our team.

4. Delays & Late Arrival
Should disembarkation be delayed, guests are requested to inform our operations team immediately via WhatsApp or mobile. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate delays where operationally possible.

5. Cancellation Policy
• More than 14 days prior to departure: No cancellation fee
• 7–14 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
• No-show: 100% cancellation fee

6. Weather & Safety
Guest safety remains our highest priority. Excursions may be adjusted, rerouted, delayed, or cancelled due to weather, tides, road conditions, harbour regulations, wildlife movements, or any unforeseen safety considerations.

7. Cruise Schedule Changes
In the event of cruise itinerary changes, delayed docking, early departure, or cancellation by the cruise operator, Paparazzi Namib Trails & Safaris will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative arrangement, subject to operational feasibility.

8. Personal Responsibility
Guests participate at their own discretion and are expected to follow all guide instructions throughout the excursion.

9. Liability
Paparazzi Namib Trails & Safaris, its guides, drivers, and partners shall not be held liable for loss, theft, personal injury, delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

10. Photography & Marketing
Photographs or video material captured during the excursion may be used for promotional purposes unless guests advise otherwise in writing prior to departure.

11. Accessibility Requirements
Guests requiring wheelchair assistance, mobility support, dietary requirements, or medical considerations are kindly requested to advise at the time of booking.
