Half-Day Tours

✅ Complimentary: 2x 500ml sealed still water per guest

Full-Day Tours & Overnight Safaris

✅ Per Day, En Route Between Overnight Destinations:

3x 500ml sealed still water

1x Pre-packed lunch or lunch pack

2x 500ml fruit juices OR 2x 500ml carbonated cold drinks

Important Information

Additional Services & Costs: Only the items listed as inclusive are covered. Any extras are at an additional cost—please confirm with our office before your trip.

Rates & Availability: Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Weather-Dependent Tours: All departures are subject to suitable weather conditions.

Group & Private Bookings: Special rates are available upon request.

Special Occasions: Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or special event? Let us know when booking so we can make it extra memorable!

Flexible Timing: Return times depend on how long guests choose to spend at each viewpoint.

Booking & Payments

Payments:

Half-day & full-day tours: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Overnight safaris: Subject to prior agreement with our office.

Dietary & Medical Requirements

Food & Allergies: Please inform us in advance of any dietary needs, allergies, or urgent medication required for your trip.

Custom Meals: Special meal requests can be arranged at an additional cost—please discuss this with us in advance.

Terms & Conditions

✔ Prices include 15% VAT.

✔ Price Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days unless confirmed and acknowledged in writing.

✔ Accommodation & Routing Changes: If necessary, we may adjust the route or change accommodations of a similar standard.

✔ Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events): In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), services may be cancelled or postponed without refunds.
